Training programme
We've been working directly with the founder and CEO, Tony Goodwin and his senior management team in order to take them through the Guru in a Bottle best practice model for sales & marketing and apply this to the business in order to understand where the opportunities for diversification and growth may come from over the next five years.
Training delivery
The 10 training sessions over the course of the year took place at Antal International's HQ in London as well as rotating amongst its regional offices in Europe. All the training was conducted in English and took account of local cultural and linguistic differences.
Training evaluation
Given that Antal International is essentially a sales and results focused business, very much in the mould of its founder Tony Goodwin, we were asked to construct a three-level framework in order to evaluate the training delivered.
Level 1 - This took account of Antal's business plans, sales and marketing objectives and country-wide communication plans. Following on from that we were able to design a bespoke training programme around the various needs of the companies senior management team and country managers that focused on creating company-wide understanding of future areas for business growth, diversification and possible acquisition.
Level 2 - This evaluated the learning delivered to each delegate and this was evaluated through a regular questionnaire linked to the training programme.
Level 3 - This evaluated the application of the knowledge and insight delivered to the various Antal International country managers and also included 360 degree feedback from their own local teams.
Delegate feedback
We were seen as a highly useful 'external mentors' to the company but unlike an agency we were empowering managers to make better decisions about the business, thereby saving them costs on support services and consultants.
