Ardi Kolah said: “It’s a real privilege to join the PRCA Council at a time when the PR industry is facing some of its toughest challenges with proposed regulation of lobbying and the media likely to change the way the industry develops in the future. The leadership of the PRCA is incredibly effective at continuing to make the business case for supporting the growth of this vibrant and talented sector and I’m delighted to be able to support that process along with my colleagues on the PRCA Council.”

PRCA Director General Francis Ingham adds: “We’ve been absolutely overwhelmed by the response to this year’s PR Council election, with a record number of members voting. The quality of the new Council speaks for itself – senior industry leaders with a pedigree of great communications. I’m sure they will continue the great work we saw from last year’s Council, which drove great initiatives like the ‘Future of PR’ project. I would like to congratulate the newly elected Council and I’m looking forward to working with it.”

Kolah served on the Council and Board of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations for over eight years as chairman of membership as well as its first chairman of diversity and brings a wealth of experience in the private, public, agency and voluntary sectors that he’s achieved over the past 20 years.
